Tapstar Brings New Titles to IENT!
CARY, N.C. – May 11, 2016 – iEntertainment Network Inc., (OTCBB: IENT) announces that iEntertainment Network and Tapstar Interactive, (http://www.tapstargames.com/), have agreed to all issues on the merger of the companies, and have begun joint publishing operations. IENT and Tapstar are going forward together to grow the equity value of the new IENT with many new Mobile and PC game releases during the remainder of 2016 and beyond.
“Our Tapstar strategy of acquiring and developing game products based on world famous Intellectual Properties was very attractive to iEntertainment Network Inc., and we are excited to help grow IENT as a public company,” says Tapstar CEO, Mr. Chris Gray.
“Our next product will continue this famous IP strategy and benefit from a complementary relationship to a famous IP”, says Tapstar President, Mr. Steve Wall. “We also have another series of products under development in conjunction with a well-known TV brand that we are excited about and will announce soon!”
Tapstar recently released, to excellent reviews, both an updated version of First Star Software’s famous Boulder Dash® 30th Anniversary™ edition mobile game (PC and Mac versions will release shortly), and Metro 2033: Wars, based on a series of famous books. Tapstar released Immortal Legends which was featured on Apple’s App Store as a top-10 “Best New Game” in April. Tapstar continues to license and acquire new IP and expects to release an additional six products over the next few months.
IENT will also release two new mobile games, WarBirds: Flight Pilot Academy – WW II Europe, based on its famous online game, and Bow Hunter 2017, in the third quarter.
IENT plans to return to full public company reporting in the second half of 2016.
